I would suggest to train your volunteers a bit more. A little polishing would be nice because although they’re volunteers they’re still employees and they shook set the example to the guests. For example the quiet time rule but then the volunteers were the first one to break the rule. Laughing out loud or speaking at high volume at 2am when guests are trying to sleep in the room next to the gathering.
